2024 MPS Jingle Bell 5K Run and One-Mile Walk

The National MPS Society will host a timed 5K run and 1-mile walk, beginning at 8:15 AM on Friday, December 20.  The 1-mile walk will begin at 8:30 AM. Packet pickup and day of registration will begin at 7:00 AM the same morning.

Lunch is included in the costs.  Come out and enjoy a family day with lots of fun and entertainment in store as well!

What exactly IS a Virtual 5K?

It is just like any other 5K, except there is no official race location. You get to choose where, with whom, and even how you want to complete the 5K.  By participating virtually, you can run the 5K at any time leading up to December 20. It can even be done in increments, keep track of your distance until you hit the 5K. Register by November 20, 2024 to receive your shirt in time.

How to participate to raise funds and awareness.

This event is open to individuals of all ages and abilities. Once you register, either as an individual or as part of a team, you are set. We would love to see your photos on race day, along the 5K route and/or during the family picnic! This is completely optional - but since our goal is to bring awareness to MPS and ML, we want to do just that. Use #MPSAwareness and tag us in your social media posts, to help us keep up with the fun.

Early Registration Fees (available until  8am on 12/19/24):
5K Run: $35
1-Mile Walk: $25
Family/Team of Four: $125

Day of Registration Fees:
5K Run: $40
1-Mile Walk: $30
Family/Team of Four: $140

In-Person Runners: Shirts guaranteed for first 300 registrants, and will be available until we run out!

Virtual Runners: Register before November 20th to receive a shirt!

Family/Teams - Register by November 20th in order to get your Team name on the shirt

Want to volunteer?  We would love your help!, You can still participate in the run/walk as well - it is your choice.  Please fill out the form found here to sign up to volunteer.  We can provide documentation of volunteer time if needed for your organization.
